Free, objective, confidential Medicare counseling is available to seniors. State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) counselors provide objective advice by individual appointment. Call 609.924.2098, ext. 14.

Membership in the 50-Plus Club is free and open to anyone at least 50 years old. Show your card at the hospital.

50+ Club Walkers - Members of this enthusiastic group walk their way to good health and good times. Enjoy increased energy, brighter spirits, weight control, and increased strength and endurance, as well as new friends. Free cholesterol screenings for new walkers.

50+ Club Knitters - Club members knit caps for newborns, articles for patients at Cancer Institute of New Jersey Hamilton and other projects. Experienced knitters as well as novices are welcome; the club's more skilled members are happy to share their knowledge and provide instruction.
Meets Wednesdays, 10 am to noon at the Center for Health & Wellness.
50+ Bridge Club
If you enjoy playing bridge, have basic knowledge of the game and point system, this club is for you.
Meets Fridays, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Call 609.584.5900.
