Whether you are looking to learn more about a particular disease or condition, or you are interesting in learning how to cook low-fat diabetic meals, the health promotion staff from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton has classes designed just for you.

Located on-site at the RWJ Center for Health and Wellness, our specially trained nurse educators will offer programs that educate our community on various health and wellness topics. These classes are open to the public and do not require that you are a member, however members can attend programs taught by Medical Advisory Panel members for free!
