Hospice Care
RWJ Hamilton is contracted with VNA of Central Jersey to provide hospice care services. VNA of Central Jersey has a long history as a hospice provider and is known for the excellence of their care and patient and family satisfaction. Specially trained staff will work with RWJ Hamilton staff to plan and provide end-of-life care with a focus on comfort, compassion, dignity and respect.
