Should you have questions or concerns, with regards to your hospital bill, please feel free to contact our Patient Account (Billing) Department. On this page you will find information regarding our days and hours of operation, telephone number for questions, e-mail address for questions and our address for payment remits.
If you send us an e-mail, please be certain to include the following:
- Patient Account number
- Date of Service
- Patient Name
- Date of Birth
- Patient Guarantor
- Telephone number
- Times you can be reached
We will make every attempt to respond to your e-mail within 1 (one) business day. If we are unable to gather the information necessary to respond to your question within one day, we will respond with an estimated time frame of when an answer will be available.
All requests for information will be verified through our billing system and mailed via U.S. Postal mail due to upcoming Federal regulations, we will not respond to requests via e-mail.
*Please note: Due to the nature of our business, patient confidentiality is our number one concern, therefore, certain questions regarding diagnosis of the patient, tests performed on the patient, etc. cannot be answered.

To make inquiries or payment in person, our Cashier office is located in the main lobby of the hospital and is open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., for your convenience.
