Satisfaction Surveys
Shortly after discharge, you will receive a confidential survey from Press Ganey. Press Ganey is a nationally known polling organization contracted by the hospital to survey our patients.
There are two sections of the survey and both sections are designed to gather feedback on your hospital experience. We continually strive for responses of “very good” and “always.”
Although your feedback is invaluable to us and we encourage you to respond to the survey, please do not wait until then to address any concerns or issues. Our patient relations manager is available to assist you by calling ext. 6550 or 609.584.6550.
