Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton Elects Physician Department Chairs

HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY – Several physicians have been elected chairmen of their departments at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton. Their terms run from May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2009.

Department chairs elected are:

• Department of Anesthesiology: Michael Gordon, MD, board certified in anesthesiology
• Department of Emergency Services: Eileen Singer, DO, board certified in emergency medicine
• Department of Family Practice: Jeffrey Rednor, DO, specialty—family practice
• Department of Medicine: Ron Ryder, DO, board certified in cardiology
• Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology: Antonio Sison, MD, FACOG, board certified in OB/GYN
• Department of Pathology: Janusz Godyn, MD, board certified in pathology
• Department of Radiology: Robert Collins, MD, board certified in radiology
• Department of Pediatrics: Dennis Baiser, MD, board certified in pediatrics
• Department of Surgery: Parvaiz Malik, MD, board certified in reconstructive surgery

Medical staff officers serving a two-year term that expires on April 30, 2008 are:

• Chief of Staff: Mahmoud Ghusson, MD, FACC, FACP, board certified in cardiology
• Vice Chief of Staff: Mark Risi, DO, DABFP, board certified in family practice
• Secretary/Treasurer: Ronald Ryder, DO, FACC, board certified in cardiology
