RWJ Hamilton Celebrates National Hospital and Healthcare Week (May 6 to 12) with Special Proclamation from Hamilton Mayor Glen D. Gilmore

HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY – Hamilton Mayor Glen D. Gilmore issued a special National Hospital and Healthcare Week Proclamation to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton President and CEO Ellen Guarnieri on Wednesday, May 9.

The Proclamation highlighted the official theme of National Hospital and Healthcare Week, 'Care You Count On, People You Trust.' The nation's most traditional healthcare celebration unites hospitals, healthcare workers and communities to build enthusiasm and pride in the giving nature of care. Today, according to American Hospital Association statistics, nearly 6,000 hospitals employ over 5 million dedicated staff members.
