Shape for Life: Medically-supervised weight management

Research shows that diets don’t work. The only solution for long term success is changing your lifestyle. Weight management is an ongoing, lifetime process while weight loss is just a phase you pass through on the way to managing your weight.

Shape for Life, a 12-week medically supervised weight management program covered by most insurance, includes:

  • Coaching and guidance provided by a bariatric navigator throughout the 12-week program, including appointment scheduling, progress and group support.

  • Exclusive exercise classes provided by a certified trainer twice per week.

  • Nutrition counseling with a registered dietician, including personal eating plan.

  • Small-group cooking classes.

Unlike other medical weight loss programs in the area, Shape for Life combines all the necessary components to put you on track for successful long-term weight loss.

MOTIVATION:

TEAM APPROACH:
