We will make every attempt to respond to your e-mail within one business day. If we are unable to gather the information necessary to respond to your question within one day, we will respond with an estimated time frame of when an answer will be available.
All requests for information will be verified through our billing system and mailed via US Postal mail. Due to Federal regulations, we will not respond to requests via e-mail.
*Please note: Due to the nature of our business, patient confidentiality is our number one concern, therefore, certain questions regarding diagnosis of the patient, tests performed on the patient, etc. cannot be answered.
